While it is true Gnomes do make wonderful table legs and lawn ornaments, I would like to take a moment to clarify a few misconceptions. There seems to be a left wing movement purputrating falsehoods and lies against Gnomes and I feel it is my duty to clear some things up. I'm not sure who started this or why they did, but my leading guess is Elf's out of jealousy and this is why.
1.) The Kiebler elf's are really Gnomes - Anyone who has been outside of Ironforge at least once in there life will be quick to realise there is no way an Elf (Blood or Night) could possible fit in a tree, let alone fit a full kitchen to bake cookies in a tree. As a Gnome who supplies the cookies for Team Dom I know first hand that this ability has been passed down from generation to generation within my family. Nothing tastes as good as cookies baked in a tree.
2.) Santa Claus has Gnomes, not Elf's - Come on people. Have you SEEN the size of a Night Elf's hands? How can you believe an elf could possibly assemble tiny toy parts. While its true Santa has been offshoring some commodity toy making to 8 year old orcs in Orgrimmar recently, Believe me the best made toys are still made by Gnomes.
What I'm saying here is Gnomes are Humanoids too. And before you join in the next round of Gnome Toss, or the new game of Gnome Blender, stop and remember how good that last cookie tasted, or how the genuine "Made in Gnomeregen" toy gave you years of joy, and maybe, just maybe you will find it in your heart to hug a gnome instead of Punt the Gnome.
